They had a requirement to energise their outbound sales, with a view to increasing new customers and sell more to existing customers.

Key Requirements.

  • Introduce high end retail customers.
  • Make appointments for directors.
  • Increase repeat orders from existing clients.
  • Trade show sales support.

6 Month Overview.

● Introduced Nick Munro products & collections to top retailers such as Harrods, Selfridges, Fenwick Group and Brown Thomas Dublin.

● Cleansed the existing customer database and reinvigorated relationships.

● Created a custom database with hundreds of potential new leads.
